Architecture + Interior Design
CDC Design Studio is the practice of Carmela Dela Cruz — a licensed Filipino architect dedicated to creating spaces that respond thoughtfully to their context, culture, and the people who inhabit them.

A hospitality project in Siargao described as a distinguished hotel with strong landscape character and an events pavilion crafted in synthetic bamboo.

A 15-storey mixed-use building in the portfolio, described as housing high-end residential units, the Wee Community Developers office, and commercial spaces.

A three-bedroom residence in Sta. Maria, Bulacan created as a dream home for the architect's retired parents, with flood-responsive elevation and carefully controlled daylight.
Studio Philosophy
“Architecture does not end at the building edge.”
— CDC Design Studio
Every project begins with listening, to the vision, the brief, and the stories of those who will inhabit the space. From private residences in Bulacan to hospitality developments in Siargao and high rises in Mactan, CDC Design Studio brings consistent rigour and material sensitivity to every scale.
The studio draws from the Filipino vernacular; open-plan living, natural materials, responsive ventilation, while maintaining a forward-looking design language shaped by international practice at Casas + Architects and Arcadis Philippines.
