WeeComm Centre

WeeComm Centre is a 15-storey mixed-use building that brings together high-end residential, corporate office, and commercial uses within a single, coherent structure. The project was led by Carmela Dela Cruz as Lead Project Architect at Casas + Architects, carrying the design from Schematic through to Construction Documentation.

The building's brief required a careful balance between the distinct demands of its three programmes — creating residential floors with a genuine sense of quality and privacy, a professional office environment for Wee Community Developers, and active commercial space at the ground plane.
