Azumar

Azumar is a hospitality development in Siargao conceived around the quality of its landscape as much as the architecture itself. The project establishes a strong relationship between the built environment and the natural setting — a defining quality of the Siargao site.

A dedicated events pavilion forms a centrepiece of the development, constructed in synthetic bamboo that echoes the island's material vernacular while offering durability suited to a commercial context. Real bamboo planting is used strategically around the villa perimeter, providing natural acoustic buffering between individual accommodation and shared areas.
