Two-Story Residential House in Binangonan, Rizal

This architecture and interior design project was developed for a retired doctor planning to return and settle in the Philippines. The brief was clear: a comfortable, well-designed home that prioritised quality of life within carefully managed financial parameters.

Rather than treating the budget as a constraint, the design embraces it as a discipline — focusing resources on the spaces and details that matter most. The result is a home with a genuine architectural identity, free from unnecessary excess.

The interiors draw on natural finishes throughout, with locally sourced wood and stone selected to root the home in its surroundings and give the spaces warmth and quiet distinction.
