Four Points Mactan

Four Points Mactan is a highrise hospitality project developed for one of Cebu's most active tourism destinations. Carmela Dela Cruz served as Lead Project Architect at Casas + Architects, responsible for the full design development from Schematic Design through to Construction Documentation.

The project required coordinating the technical and aesthetic demands of a branded international hotel at significant scale — balancing the operational requirements of the Four Points by Sheraton programme with a design approach suited to the Mactan context.
